We offer refunds or exchanges for defective or incorrect merchandise . Refunds or exchanges are given if the product has not been worn, and is still in the manufacturers package with tags and labels intact. Customers have 15 business days from the date of receiving defective or incorrect merchandise to request an exchange or refund. Please include your receipt with your return. Returns must be preapproved. We accept no responsibility for packages returned without preauthorization. Returns are not accepted if postage has not been prepaid. For return authorization send email to customerservice@uniforms-scrubs-etc.com.
We will issue a credit for the shipping cost of returning defective or incorrect merchandise to us. No additional shipping fees will be charged for the exchange of defective or incorrect merchandise.
Please see the sizing chart before placing your order. Cherokee's sizing is generous! Size exchanges must be preapproved. Size exchanges will be made only if the product is still in the manufacturers package with tags and labels intact and has not been worn. Customers have 7 business days from the date of receiving the merchandise to request a size exchange. Additional fees will be charged for exchange shipping You will also be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please include your receipt with your return. Returns for size exchange will be returned to customer at customer's expense if found to be unacceptable for resale.
Medical instruments should be returned to the manufacturer. Follow instructions on or in the package.
Order Processing
Orders may be made by mail, fax, or online. We do not accept telephone orders. Fax orders can be made at (404)288-0495. We accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard. We operate 24-7 for taking orders online and by fax. We process orders on business days only, i.e.., Monday thru Friday. Allow 3 -4 weeks for delivery. Most deliveries are made by The United States Postal Service. Orders that are shipped from the Cherokee Distribution center are shipped via UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not order items that are marked as unavailable unless you are willing to wait until they become available. Projected arrival dates are not ironclad and can change without notice. If you combine items that are available with items that are not available, all will be shipped when the unavailable items become available.
Cancellations
Cancelled orders will be charged a credit card processing fee of three dollars. Request for cancellation of an order must be received vie email within 24 hours of the original order.
Pricing Policies

rices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on product pages are for regular sizes, S, M, L, XL. There are extra manufacturing charges for some products that are 2X and over and tall sizes. There is also an additional charge for licensed prints and cotton fabric.
